For our initial launch of the Mountain Radio EU, we'll have purchase options for the following countries: the United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland), Austria, mainland Spain, mainland France, Germany (excluding the Island of Heligoland and Büsingen am Hochrhein), Italy (excluding Sondrio, Livigno, Campione d’Itali and San Marino), Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Sweden, mainland Norway, and Switzerland.

That said, the radio is legal to use in any country where PMR446 radios are the license-free standard.
